The Learning Center recruits tutors on a continual basis. How do I become a tutor? Great question! Stop by and see one of the coordinators at the Learning Center. If you are interested in tutoring for a specific area you will need to have a B or better average in that class and a recommendation from your professor. Potential tutors will need to meet with a coordinator in his or her area of study before beginning to tutor. Tutors schedule their own hours. Amount of hours assigned to a tutor is based on student need.
