View Your Class Schedule and Grades

Current and former students may view or print class schedules and unofficial transcripts through a personal Student Access Account. Click here to View Your Class Schedule and Grades. You will need a valid email address to set up an account for the first time.

Note: Unofficial transcripts are for student use only. Students needing a transcript for an official purpose (college applications, transfer, employment, etc.) should request an official transcript

Individuals with questions or difficulties setting up an account may contact Susan Christiano, Registrar by telephone at 518-762-4651, ext 8700 or by email: Email Susan Christiano. Passwords to student web accounts are confidential and will not be disclosed by telephone or email.

Student Access Account FAQs

What is an FMCC Student Access Account?

FMCC students may set up a personal account to view and print their own class schedules and unofficial transcripts. You will be able to see your class schedule, academic transcript and mid-term grades from the convenience of home or any computer connected to the World Wide Web.

How do I set up a Student Access Account?

Go to the link View Your Class Schedule and Grades. Click on the Sign-Up button at the bottom of the page and follow the on screen instructions: enter your student ID number, date of birth and email address. Your initial password will be emailed to you. You must enter your initial password and then create a new password. Once a new password has been created, you will use it to enter your account.

Should I use my Student Access Account to print transcripts for other colleges or employers?

No. The transcript in your account is considered "unofficial" and will not be accepted by other colleges or employers as official verification of your academic record. To request an official transcript, contact the FMCC Registrar's Office or visit the link Transcript & Immunization Requests.

Do I have to be a current student to access my grades?

No. Former students may set up an account to view unofficial transcripts.

Can other people see my records on line?

No, your personal information is confidential. Your privacy is very important to us at FMCC and is protected by federal law. Your Student Access Account is password-protected. Do not share your password with anyone. You should create a password that is unique and impossible to guess. It is recommended that you create a password that includes a combination of letters, numbers or characters.

What if I forget my password?

When you first set up your password, you created a "Password Hint". Simply click the Hint button and your hint will be emailed to you. If that doesn't help you remember, you may obtain your password in person from the FMCC Registrar. You must have a photo ID to obtain your password. Passwords will not be given by telephone or email for security reasons.

How do I get help if I have difficulty setting up or accessing my account?

Contact Susan Christiano, Registrar by telephone at (518) 762-4651, ext. 8700, in person in A-109, or by email: Email Susan Christiano.

I can't see my class schedule and transcript because a message says I have a HOLD on my records.

A HOLD is placed on your records when you have an outstanding obligation to the College such as an unpaid bill, overdue library book, parking fines, or have not completed a student loan exit interview upon leaving college. You need to clear up the HOLD before access to your records can be restored. Contact the Registrar's Office in person (A109) or by telephone (518) 736-5302 to determine the reason for the HOLD and how to get it released.

Will I still receive a grade report in the mail now that I can get my grades on line?

Yes, FMCC mails mid-term and final grade reports after all grades have been recorded. One benefit of your Student Access Account is the ability to view your grades the instant they are reported by your instructors. You can obtain your grades on line days earlier than you will receive them in the mail.

My grade point average doesn't seem to be accurate during grade entry.

During the period of time that instructors are entering grades, grade point averages are not automatically recalculated each time a new grade is recorded. Grade point averages will not be recalculated until the end of a full business day after grades have been entered for all students in every course.

How do I use my student library ID number found here?

You can use the number to access The Evans Library's electronic subscription databases from off campus.
