The FMCC Math Lab is a resource available to the entire college community. Its purpose is to assist students with their learning in math and math-related courses. One professional, a volunteer, and/or peer tutors are on duty throughout the day to provide one-to-one or small-group tutoring. A tutoring session may include assistance with an assignment, suggestions for constructive use of the textbook and class notes, study tips, and test-taking tips. These services are not intended to replace going to class, but to supplement the classroom experience. Additional aids for student use are supplemental texts and manuals, videotapes, and math software.
