Dear Prospective Student:

There are Seven Tabs or pages to this file International Student Housing Application 2006-2007.  There are four sheets that need to be filled out and returned to us.  Three of them may be filled out "online" and e-mailed or faxed back to us. The fourth, "HOUSING CONTRACT" must be signed and either faxed or mailed back to us.  Please read below for information regarding these pages.

In sending any correspondence to USInternational Student Housing please use the following address:

1. Instructions:  the page you are on.
2. General Information:  this is to let you know the services we provide.
3. Initial Application:  This includes your name and address and HOUSING OPTION, please see the "fee schedule for pricing information.  Please fill this out and return it to us a soon as possible, so we may start planning for your arrival.
4. HOUSING CONTRACT  This includes the rules and regulations which you will need to understand BEFORE signing and returning to us.  Please read it carefully, this page is the only one we need to have with an original signature, with out this, we can not provide you with any services.
5. Flight Information:   Please fill this out and return it to us as soon as your flight information is available. You will receive a confirmation number from the airline or travel agent, please provide this number to us so we may track your whereabouts on arrival day. Please note, we provide complimentary airport pick-up from Albany International Airport ONLY.
6. Personal Profile:  This page also needs to be filled out to the best of your ability.  This will help us match you with an appropriate apartment mate.  It will also aid your host family in providing you with a more personal stay.
7. Fee Schedule: This provides examples of typical length of stays.  The amount you will be invoiced will computed on your actual (or estimated) dates of stay. he initial pricing does decrease with the length of stay.
